OPWDD has issued a series of proposed rule changes (Administrative Directive Memorandum or ADM). These proposed new rule changes will have a profound impact on the delivery of self-directed services and beyond. We and our Community are deeply concerned, and we will continue to reach out with important information and urgent calls to advocacy.
